Welcome to 10xVotes.com (“10xVotes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile apps, tools, and services (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use 10xVotes. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

10xVotes provides tools for event creation, group and member engagement, RSVPs, communication, and voter-focused civic engagement. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your credentials secure
  • Notify us of unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activity on your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (“User Content”). By submitting content, you grant 10xVotes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, and use your content to operate the Platform.

You may not upload:

  • Illegal content
  • Harassing, hateful, or threatening materials
  • False or misleading information
  • Content that violates IP rights
  • Malware or harmful code

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Interfere with system security or functionality
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data
  • Reverse-engineer the Platform
  • Use automated tools without permission
  • Impersonate people or organizations
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Use the Platform for unlawful activity

6. Event and Organization Responsibilities

Organizations agree they are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of events they post
  • Compliance with all laws, including political communication laws
  • Proper consent for emails, texts, and data collection
  • Behavior and outcomes associated with their events

10xVotes is not responsible for incidents, disputes, or actions occurring at offline events.

7. Payments and Billing (If Applicable)

If paid features are offered:

  • Fees are charged as listed at checkout
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated
  • Prices may change with notice

Misuse of payment information may result in termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and technology on the Platform—including software, branding, and design—belong to 10xVotes or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of our materials without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may link or integrate with third-party tools such as payment processors, text messaging services, or mapping tools. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. 10xVotes is not responsible for third-party actions.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection. You agree not to misuse any data accessed through the Platform.

11. Communications Consent

By creating an account, you consent to receive:

  • Account notifications
  • Platform updates
  • Service alerts

Marketing communications will include an opt-out option.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including policy violations, fraud, or misuse. Termination may remove your access to all Platform features.

13. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free operation
  • Accuracy or completeness of information

Use the Platform at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 10xVotes is not liable for:

  • Damages arising from your use of the Platform
  • Loss of data
  • Unauthorized access
  • Third-party conduct
  • Events or activities organized through the Platform

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, if any.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10xVotes, its employees, and partners from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your interactions with organizations or event participants

16. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective when posted. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the changes.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts in Michigan.
